About the Role:
Aromas of Biryani is expanding its restaurant operations across Bengaluru and is looking for a hands-on Projects Executive / Project Coordinator to support new outlet openings, renovations, maintenance projects and business initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and as planned.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Projects:

• Coordinate new outlet setup and renovation projects
• Coordinate civil, interior, electrical, plumbing and signage work
• Support commercial kitchen setup and equipment installation
• Track project timelines, work progress and completion

Vendor & Contractor Coordination:

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers
• Collect and compare quotations
• Follow up on material deliveries and project activities
• Ensure work is completed as per requirements

Existing Outlet Projects:

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and renovation activities
• Support equipment replacement and AMC coordination

Licensing & Documentation:

• Assist with FSSAI, trade license, fire NOC and other approvals
• Coordinate with consultants and government offices when required

Project Tracking:

• Maintain project documentation and expense records
• Track budgets, quotations and actual expenses
• Prepare regular project status updates
• Follow up on delays and pending activities

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Restaurant Projects / QSR / Retail Projects / Fit-outs / Facility Management / F&B Operations
• Good vendor and contractor coordination skills
• Basic understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing and interior works
• Good planning and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel across Bengaluru
• Kannada & English mandatory
• Hindi will be an advantage
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle mandatory
• Must be currently based in Bengaluru

Candidates with restaurant/QSR outlet-opening or fit-out experience will be preferred.
