Work Mode: On-Site

Travel: Frequent Travel Across Customer Locations

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech In: Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Computer Science, Related Technical Disciplines

OEM certifications from Honeywell, Tyco, Avigilon or similar security technology providers will be an advantage.

Key Requirements :

We Are Looking For Service Engineers With Hands-On Experience In Cctv, Elv And Electronic Security Systems Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance And Amc Support.

Must Have:

• Cctv / Video Surveillance
• Access Control Systems
• Security System Installation & Troubleshooting
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
• Customer Site Support

Good To Have :

• Fire Detection & Safety Systems
• Visitor Management Systems
• Parking Management Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems
• Public Address (Pa) Systems
• Security Systems Integration
• Amc / Preventive Maintenance

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, Configure And Maintain Security Systems
• Troubleshoot Cctv, Access Control And Related Systems
• Attend Customer Complaints And Service Calls
• Perform Preventive Maintenance And Amc Activities
• Diagnose Hardware, Software And Connectivity Issues
• Coordinate With Customers And Internal Teams For Issue Resolution
• Prepare Service Reports And Maintain Service Documentation
• Support System Integration And Commissioning Activities

Candidate Profile :

• 2–5 Years Of Relevant Cctv / Elv / Security Systems Experience
• Strong Troubleshooting And Technical Skills
• Good Customer-Handling And Communication Skills
• Comfortable Working At Customer Sites
• Willing To Travel Frequently
• Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
