About The Role:
We Are Looking For An Experienced Senior Sales Manager / Sales Head To Lead B2b Sales And Business Development For A Growing Power Transformer Manufacturing Company.

The Role Involves New Business Development, Key Account Management, Customer Relationships, Sales Team Leadership And Complete Ownership Of The Sales Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead And Manage The Sales Team To Achieve Business Targets
• Develop And Execute Sales And Business Development Strategies
• Generate New Leads And Identify New Customers And Markets
• Develop Relationships With Industrial Customers, EPC Companies, Consultants And Key Stakeholders
• Manage The Complete Sales Cycle From Lead Generation To Negotiation And Closure
• Handle High-Value B2b Sales And Commercial Negotiations
• Maintain Sales Pipeline, Forecasts And Revenue Targets
• Identify New Projects And Business Opportunities
• Monitor Market Trends And Competitor Activities
• Work Closely With Engineering, Estimation, Production And Projects Teams
• Prepare Sales Forecasts, Mis And Management Reports
• Build Long-Term Relationships With Key Customers

Mandatory Requirements:

• 10–15 Years Of Experience In B2B / Industrial Sales
• Strong Experience In Business Development And New Customer Acquisition
• Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Sales Team
• Experience Handling High-Value Industrial Sales / Project Sales
• Strong Negotiation, Presentation And Communication Skills
• Proven Ability To Convert Leads Into Business
• Strong Customer Relationship And Account-Management Skills
• Willingness To Work From Dabaspet, Bengaluru
